WATER PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Aquasian Water, using its proprietary AWPDEP Gated Process, assists clients in managing their water projects by first organizing a Framing Session where all the stakeholders and project team members are gathered together. During this session, the participants would think collaboratively to develop the opportunity statement, raise and categorize issues, define objectives, and develop the success criteria and strategy table for alternatives.

WATER FACILITY OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (OE)

Aquasian Water helps clients in implementing the concept of 'Operational Excellence' through the development of OE Programs aimed at improving health and safety, operating cost and productivity, while operating the water facility in a sustainable manner. Water is a scarce resource. It is important that we all do our part in conserving and preserving water.
